Before a paid profile goes live, the review process requires checking each named attorney’s license and eligibility in the official jurisdictional bar directory, confirming office and contact details against firm sources, and recording the source URLs, review date, and reviewer. The operating schedule calls for a recheck every 90 days and after a reported change; disputed or ineligible profiles are withheld or paused. This is the launch procedure, not a claim that existing sample profiles have been verified. Readers should independently confirm current bar status.
Educational submissions must identify the author, relevant jurisdiction, and publication or review date, cite authoritative sources where appropriate, and provide general education rather than individualized legal advice. Content is reviewed for clarity and unsupported claims before publication. Paid educational content is labeled Sponsored. Payment does not guarantee publication or favorable editorial treatment.
